THE GALTWAY

Managed by B. Wallace Kennedy Production Management for the Downtown Cambridge BIA, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to play a role in the transformation of historic Galt’s under-utilized alleyways into vibrant art spaces last year! Working closely with stakeholders and City of Cambridge staff, we enlisted the talents of local landscape designer, Alicia Sword and Kevin Sadlemyer to assist us in bringing these spaces to life!

Thanks to a $100,000 contribution from RTO4, those alleyways became cultural hotspots where art, people, and places thrived together! This investment from the Government of Canada and Fed Dev Ontario boosted tourism, supported local businesses, and drove economic growth in Waterloo Region. Check out this article that describes how it all began.
